Check your account profile with P1Wimax. You may have subscribed to the P1 Plus plan earlier but wasn't put on the upgrade list for recent subscribers leaving you with only a 2.4mbps line?

Do check with them.

Getting 1.5mbps with a 1.2mbps line isn't satisfactory enough?

Lots of students = overcongestion, misuse/abuse, illegal sharing and no added value for higher end package take ups.
