hi guys
i do agree with all of you who "hate" P1 Wimax!!! mad.gif lately, for the last 3 weeks, i am running at +/- 400ms (ping) and 0.08mbs!!! and 0.07mbs on download and upload speed respectively!!! lodged a few report and in return they gave me free one month charges!!! i do not want the free one month charge ... I WANT MY SPEED!!! totally regret sacrificed my 7 years streamyx account and opted for this P1 WIMAX "dialup" speed ]My Webpage[/URL] |

P1 Support and P1 Management Team,
I am demanding an answer on WHEN & HOW this PROBLEM will be solve??!!! Its been weeks, have to tolerate using this ridiculous speed of your so-called BROADBAND???!!! frankly, i can't accept the excuses of CONGESTION no more !!! what the hack, starting a broadband business without understand the issues of CONGESTION!!??? The management by right now should issue a letter of explanation and whatsoever to all affected users and makes an apologize!!! tonight I can even test my speed!!! LATENCY TEST ERROR!!!! all the way!!! |
