Hi, could you check for my account 104889787, I just upgrade my plan from home plus to home pro. Previously when i am using home plus with the dv300 modem i can achieve a constant speed of 150-160kbps but after i upgrade the plan and p1 send me a dx 230 modem, i have been experience a very unstable speed from 100-200kbps which it frequently drops below 100kbps and by theory i should be able to achieve a 300kbps. Could you please check for me if it is the problem of the modem or other stuff.

ps:I also experiencing an extremely high ping, 300++ on the speedtest offer by p1

Hi, can you check for me the status of case id:493388. It has been filed a few days but nothing have been heard from p1 yet.

Count me in bro, I also wanna submit a complain for misrepresent to me that I will be entitled to the 50% discount while during the trial period but then when I am totally bound by the contract, they just turn around and say sorry but we cannot give you now mad.gif
