Got my P1 package today, (139rm / month), 2 bar signal. So OK ish signal strength, what is the download speed.... errrr

0.25mbps wow this should be classed as illegal. Its like going in to a petrol station, paying for 1 litre of petrol and getting 1/10th of a litre...

I am from UK and thought things would have improved here in Malaysia since I was here 3 years ago, seems there is a way to go yet..

Maybe P1 should be paid according to the average connection speed over a month? and rebranded 'P1SS takers'?

How do I get out of this total con of a so called internet connection?

I dont download loads of stuff, but I cant even open email accounts now and the speedtest.net test wont even complete most of the time.

Current dl speed is 0.19mb/s

This is appalling.

I will terminate my contract this weekend at Low Yat, P1 the worst internet service provider ever.

Pay 299 and return modem is all i need to do right?

Not prepared to pay for a so called 'Broadband' connection that is actually slower than dial up connections of 10 years ago.

Actually I think the best policy would be a mass exodus of P1 users, if everyone quit then they would either go out of business or readjust there service level claims.
