After more 3 months still waiting for the rebate and the excuse given (30 Dec 2009) is Pending Account Dept approval! When Cust Service offered the rebate (10 Dec 2009), she never said the rebate is subject to Account Dept approval. I sent out email to careline@p1.com.my on 1 Feb to follow up and no respond from P1 at all.
