Have not been getting a decent signal ever since from the major upgrade notification early of March. Previously light is on green but after the upgrade its either red/orange or blinking at orange. I have never moved the modem around. Speed is horrible. I am not sure if I have reached the limit as can't access to P1 site (P1 website can even load properly on P1 connection -imagine this!?) Payment just been made via direct debit. Appreciate if you can look into this.

Whole months I have been getting slow connection with P1. First I thought it was due to my data usage which was maxed and my speed was capped which was totally fine. But the speed was so bad until I can't even load P1 website? Until a very basic Gmail interface took more than 10 min to load? Bad move P1... very bad.
As a very considerate customer ,still I prefer to keep quiet thinking it is due to the data usage again and I was looking forward to the day my data usage is reseted. At time of writing this post 12:47AM - it took me several "refresh" to load up P1 site properly and I have remaining data usage of 20479MB but my speed is still bad.
How slow is slow?
Streaming a 3 min video from Youtube took 1 hour. Regretted I potong-ed.
REALLY I do not want to get any of your standard response pertaining me hitting my max data usage limit. Just put a stop to this slow speed torture. This is no way to treat customer. FYI - I have Digi Broadband - I have max out Digi data usage limit and streaming 3 min video from Youtube still wont take 1 hour.

Same here... Gmail, Youtube, Facebook not loading... all other sites are on snail speed although I am still within data usage limit. Downloading file from web is a not even possible. Hi P1, Thank you. The speed has been restored since last week but what are u going to do about the past few days of bad speed? Your CS tech told me the Sentul station was malfunctioning but shouldnt you send out notices instead of keeping quiet? While I am highly appreciative of the fix , I am not impressed on how the whole outage was handled and timeframe you took to fix it. As bad as TMnet. U have been trying to call me but seriously.. I hv been busy whole week . Btw I have already send email reply to your careline last week on this. Up to you what you want to do. Reply if you care via email.
