Hello is there a way that p1 stop blocking the ports that i want them to go through ? i forwarded them in the config at 10.1.1.254 but no use

P1 so damn slow tonight .. even slower than streamyx... my friend can even watch youtube HD 1080p videos while i cant even go to the website.
Added on March 4, 2010, 11:43 pmP1 used to be good when they released ... after a few months they blocked almost every international ports and including some asia ports .. Customer service is a joke ... even streamyx customer service is more better honestly If only P1 stop blocking the ports , it will be much more faster. Hello Fail P1 can you seriously fix my slow connection speed problem ?
Its been 1 week and the customer service 1300800888 is totally hopeless and unexperienced . I hate p1 customer service...
I am not being rude here seriously i paid 339 every month but the stupid speed is only 10kbps i hardly even download one mb file. |

Obviously is purposely ignoring us and do not want help
My signal stable green DL a megaupload/rapidshare or whatever download service t.. The DL rate is 5.6kbps ( i paid 339 per month to get this speed -_-lll ) P1 purposely doing these actions in my opinion otherwise he will give a reply or something I hope i can just dont pay the bills but they lay a trap that if you dont pay you will get blacklisted. Omg i want unifi but johor bahru do not have it until like 5 years -.-

i was told that a technical staff will be calling me and arrange a appointment to come my house to fix it but for 15 hours i still do not receive the call

Shown only like 100-400 kbps I am using office premium there will be no fair usage I was told by female operator that 14th April the line will be normal again but the speed getting slower and slower Even my friends Streamyx 1mbps is even faster Problem about malaysia WIMAX and other country like united states WIMAX is very differeent P1WIMaX consist too much lag and you still have like 500ms connected to your own country , if you connect to USA will be like 2000ms . Streamyx is even faster , i wouldnt change streamyx due to telephone line faulty As you can see my speedtest to KL is so laggy ![]() My upload rate is fine and the dl rate is so terrible.. Seriously P1 fail its been 1 month and they dont give a damn to help.
I paid 339 every month office premium no limit of usage and also even streamyx even faster look at the screenshot -.- 2.4mbps become 300kbps -.- I cannot even download a 600 bytes file seriously .. Its already 2 weeks and i am still having lousy terrible slow connection download rate is only 200kbps
