Hello rep,any idea why the ping still higher althought im getting full speed.

I try online gaming at local spot also getting like 100+ ping.
Anyway to solve??

Rep,please check either my base connection is cloged or something with many user use p1 because im having a freaking SLOW download at average 40kbs at 3.40 AM until now im posting 6.33 AM???

Is it safe to use google DNS,if something wrong can revert back to old ip right???


Added on December 7, 2009, 12:10 pmi donno if this is a bullshit or not,but after change the DNS it give silly result but with same speed of download from Megaupload (facepalmed.jpg)

P1 Rep,can you check my line since i reached the 20gb capped bandwith,the speed is really slow & i try dl the speed cant even reach the 50kps in the regulation.

I think this is too much capping by P1 until didnt give the pormise to give best speed that is 50kps.

No im at Ampang area,last night when i still have the data fair usage still can get fullspeed,but after that supposed to be capped around 50kps for download but im getting lower than that,im not satisfied with it.

wow i thought just now p1 called me because want to help me with the problem,but instead they ask me to pay a bill,not last month bill but this month & i was WTF???


Rep,pls look on my problem where my speed is slower than 56k i cant even load any webpage properly.

Im not gonna pay any single bill if my speed is shit like scrap.

My account number already stated at up there.

ic,so the throthling system really sucks,last time i got throttle also can hit 56kbs~60kbps of dl,now i get around 1kbs~6kbs damn slow.

Im still waiting for them to change back the FUP system,if they not changing it by next month,im not gonna pay my bill and gonna bring this case to court where they changing their policies as they like.

Im going back to my college tomorow,so i dun faking care abt p1,i even planned not to pay this month bill that is RM 45,wtf u give such arsehole speed.

Luckily UTM wifi speed so much faster than this Piak1 isp.

The FUP,they change their policies from capping people that exceed 20gb/40gb usage data from 40kbps to more lower speed.


Thats your problem & our problem too,p1 breach the contract.
