As promised, earlier today at noon, P1 technician came to check my problem. It's seems that my condo which is located on the 11th floor could not get the best reception. Only 5th floor and lower can get the best reception.
So I guess, last year reception was only my luck? From August until December 2009, I can get around 0.8Mbps-1.3Mbps. The best part is, after the technician left, up until now.. I cannot log on to the internet, AT ALL. The modem lights just keep blinking red and yellow, but no connection established. Anyway, it's final. I'm going to cancel my subscription this Saturday. I see you guys on the other side. P/S: I'm surfing now via Maxis Broadband. This weekend, I'm gonna try UMobile. |

now, this is what we called "surfing" the internet
yeeeHHHAAAaaaaaaaa ![]() * via Maxis Broadband Added on October 19, 2010, 7:26 pm@kriss120: Yes, I'm still in 2 years contract. But, earlier I already lodged a complain to MCMC. I have stated in my complain that if P1Wimax could not rectify my internet connection problem, I would like to cancel my subscription WITHOUT any penalty. So, they fully understood my report and today the technician told me to liaise with an officer (whom attending my case) to proceed with my termination request. Know your rights as a consumer.
