Added on April 5, 2011, 11:45 pmyou should not say slower than dial up . actually dial up is fast enough you know? when i was using dial up i still can load google and facebook successfully . with p1 i cant load facebook successfully . always after the facebook banner show up it stopped . so you should say p1 is slower than UNSTABLE version of dial up

and 1 more thing to add . 1.2Mbps speed for me is unstable all the time . everytime i used up all my quota to enjoy stable 400Kbps but now ..... even cant get stable 128Kbps

tell them . p1 telling you come to this pitstop and you asking me go to HQ? .

i think cant terminate over phone before contract ends . cause i call them i say i wan terminate after contract end and can i terminate over phone? they say can

Added on April 7, 2011, 5:36 pmfor the modem i can tell you . both modem is old modem . try to think where i the modem go after 7 days trial? and if 7 days trial the modem still ok la but how if the modem already giving out and getting back over and over again ? if you getting the dx 230 modem it still not sure you are getting 100% new modem cause there are many people using 7 days trial and return it

Added on April 7, 2011, 9:47 pmya when u check on modem is still getting p1 default dns . i dunno is it actually work or not. when p1 ask me to change dns it was on my pc and after i changed i felt nothing . still remain the same slow internet speed , connection time out, youtube video and downloads stuck in the middle .

p1 called me and keep asking me add the voice plan keep say just RM 15 per month but she never say just for 2 month . and then say if i dont add now i will rugi cause just RM 15 then i scold her if i add this stupid plan i only rugi cause i never call anyone .

fyi i got tricked for the wiggy add on after i get the modem only i know the speed is 128Kbps after fup but my home modem is 400Kbps . nvm now all same already .

actually i can even get 200Gb usage for a month simple trick . start a torrent with good seed when the speed go up to 15kb/s then just restart your modem . after that it you can connect to fast seed and get more then 100kb/s download speed from 1 seed it only work until this year january . because now p1 keep gv me disconnection of anything i do without the modem blinking .

Added on April 10, 2011, 11:29 amyou still say 400Mb file . mine even sudden stop on 10mb files . try alot of times only can finish download my file . everytime watch youtube also stuck in middle and stop buffering luckily youtube can fast forward if not i really gonna go p1 HQ and use the modem to smash their glass door !. luckily on jun my contract end hehe

yes divide by 8 you will get the byte. and your upload speed kinda low upload speed suppose to get 400Kbps
