Not prepared to pay for a so called 'Broadband' connection that is actually slower than dial up connections of 10 years ago.

fyi . ds 300 dont have usb dongle . and dv 230 got wifi dongle .

Added on April 5, 2011, 11:45 pmyou should not say slower than dial up . actually dial up is fast enough you know? when i was using dial up i still can load google and facebook successfully . with p1 i cant load facebook successfully . always after the facebook banner show up it stopped . so you should say p1 is slower than UNSTABLE version of dial up

Actually I think the best policy would be a mass exodus of P1 users, if everyone quit then they would either go out of business or readjust there service level claims.

unbelievable and no this is not a compliment. its getting ridiculous. the throttle speed now has changed to 128 kbps, used to be 400 kbps.. seriously?? why? so people will pay more money for volume quota. we're not that stupid. better change or you'll loose your loyal customers. seriously not cool.

and 1 more thing to add . 1.2Mbps speed for me is unstable all the time . everytime i used up all my quota to enjoy stable 400Kbps but now ..... even cant get stable 128Kbps

i have go around for 5 p1tstop,and non of them can do the termination service,keep calling me to go for HQ^%$&^%* and its damn far from my home keep wasting my petrol on going here going there

i can see p1 booth at many place

im gonna to potong the fxking p1,such a great service to a year and half user,when apply the 1st few month the service was good,now getting worse

tell them . p1 telling you come to this pitstop and you asking me go to HQ? .

well i have repeat so much time tat the calling service center ask me to go these place but wat also cant do,the staff inside give me scold like shit
