poor P1,

tat day i complaint canot online, then 2nd day can use already, but another day cannot online anymore. please improve the P1 quality

and first day i complaint, 2nd day is ok already, then 3rd day it cannot online, then i complaint again, but ur call cannot reach me. but nvm, it can online again on next day, so another next day (today) cannot online again.
wat is this call internet provider ?

then sudenly got one malay P1 guy always call to me and handle my problem. almost everyday after 7pm he will call my HP to ask how is my P1, then he ask me the provide the speed test for this 3 dyas before p1 will send technician come.

he also admit said P1 was poor service and will try to help me blah blah blah..

please take few miniute to fil up this forms. i am sure got one officer wil in charge ur case until ur line is stable and working. if not working then they will allow u to terminate the service without penalty

if ur area alot users, then the speed might congested.
using streamyx better.
dont even try on p1.

yes, need go apply phone line and then streamyx, ignore those streamyx agent if u are stay nearby TM point.
go once then see what they say first, if can get contractor number then can just call them see when they can come to ur house to do the fixed line,

i got one num here: 1300880205 TMNET contractor, u can try call and give them ur no. pesanan so u can check ur order status.
i just change from P1 to streamyx.

yes, TM point in maxi segar quite pack, u can take a number, then shopping around. btw, u can just enter TMpoint before they close and not need take number, when got empty chair then u just sit only and ask, they will assist you one.

the P1 wimax services really differnet every areas. for those who stay around seri kembangan, very smooth the internet speed without congested issue. maybe the area is new coverage by P1, no much users using there.
