Incubating eggs are not that hard... (here is my method)
Simple steps
1. make sure you prepare and incubation box for them.
- for me Im using those plastic square tupperware (Air-tight) filled half way with peat moss (slighty moist)
2. Make sure when you transfer the eggs from the laying box to the incubation box, the egg is not turn or twisted... how you found it in the laying box...transfer it as it is to the incubation box.
3. In the incubation box, make sure eggs are burried in HALF WAY into the peat moss where half of the eggs is seen from top.
4. Make sure u incubate the eggs around 82F (for females) and not more then 88F for males.
5.Place the incubated eggs at areas in your house that doesnt face heavy changes in temperature...for instant, DONT place near WINDOWS, AIRCON AREA, DOORS...etc. Place them in a stable temp room that temp doesnt fluctuates much during the days.
6. Open the air tight incubation box once a week to replace old air with fresh air.
7. If you find your eggs a little dented ( means it is too dry)...No worries just moist the incubation material with a few drops of water or just spray a little water on the walls of the incubation box. DO NOT SPRAY or DROP water direct onto the eggs.
8. If you find the eggs are swelling (can see some transparent windows or markings) means it is too wet... here i advivce you to open the incubation box and let some moist out until you see the eggs turn back into normal. (Beware some eggs doenst goes back normal as the wet marking will still persist...no worries... just make sure the incubation material is dryer then before should be find.
9. NEVER lift the eggs from its resting place to candle them... this might cause unwated accidents.
10. PRAY for the best

I plan to try out breeding..
What would i get if i breed a normal yellow with a Hot gecko?
Also am wondering if anyone makes their own incubator?

You most prob will get a "QUITE HOT Tangerine Gecko".... not as hot as ur HG thou.
In malaysia we dont really need a incubator as the eggs does quite well with our normal room temperature.
