What will you, as the new owner, do first?
I thought of some possible things to do, but which comes first? 1. Go see the condo unit 2. Go talk to management, make arrangement...etc 3. Apply utilities 4. Clean up the place (for non-renovation) 5. Start moving in
Are there steps that I miss out?

There are many more things to do, I realize, so posting here for reference:
- when you get your keys, get the copies of bills paid for example, tnb, water bill, cukai pintu, quit rent, indah water
- Get the copy of loan agreement from your bank lawyer, and whatever copies of documents that they are supposed to forward you (if they haven't do so)
- if it is a condo unit, get to the JMB, give them the photocopy of S&P, and sort out your parking space
- if they haven't cut of the electric, go to tnb immediately to change the name - need 2 RM 20 setem hasil, rm 240 (deposit) + RM 3 (processing fee), photocopy of your IC and S&P; they will give you a form to fill
- change cukai pintu name - mbpj (depending which area your property is located); photocopy of s&p and photocopy latest bill, they will give you a form to fill up (no nit any money here)
- change indah water bill; call them up 603 2080 3130, give them bill no. and tell them you want to change the bill name, they will give you a nombor rujukan, then, they will need you to fax in few pages of the s&p (write your no. rujukan on the s&p when you fax in); call them up in one hour time to check if they receive it, the change will happen in 3 working days
- apply telekom line and internet (this will depend on which operator you choose)
- if it is a second hand property, alot of cleaning and fixing of things (electrical socker, plumbing) if it happens to be spoilt or doesn't suit your taste....
