I went Singapore and joined the Anime Festival Asia 2009. There were a lot of anime-related stuff such as anime screening, cosplaying contest, figurine and gundam exhibition, seiyuu appearance, concerts and much more!

Muahaha actually i didn't even enter the maid cafe... I met them in the exhibition hall while two of them were going out to have lunch i think =)

Yah the gundams are all very impressive and stunningly nice.
Did you go AFA 09 too?

I didn't take all cosplayers' photo too, and photography is not allowed in the concert, so I can't get May'N's photo T.T

I'm May'N fan... I bought 2 days concert pass, sat at the 4th row in front haha. I didnt watch danny choo's appearance too, cuz i already met him outside in the figure show, took photo already. Curi-curi take quality no good... nvm la, next time take again haha

Hehe thanks. the last pic are cosplay from Philippines, they are one of the regional cosplay competitors. But when they participate they cosplay another thing la, not student costume. And they are females haha~

Chill.. Actually that time I shouldn't be able to get their photo also, but when they were trying to escape I stopped them and asked "Just one photo?"
Then they agreed haha. Only these 2 maids though, other i couldn't get the chance.

And before that I actually found them buying food in Food Republic (the food court), but I didn't request to take photo la.

Thanks for your compliments. My D40 serves me very well especially in shooting the figures, but when shooting in low light (ppl on the stage) the noise control is bad. And since i dont have a long zoom lens so capturing the stage will be a problem.

Nevertheless, more photos updated at POST No.2!!!!

Next year not sure going or not. No money T.T

Actually his hair was golden, but my lens too short... cannot capture so far, so i cropped my photo. The colour is a bit weird in my photo...
