I bought 2kg of bacon from Vam. It's great deal The bacon's not too fatty and not too salty...very yummy...just pan fry in a non-stick pan...can add a lil oil and u'll get crispy meaty bacon...now i can make my own bacon crisp sandwich to rival O'Briens tripledecker sandwich...kekekeke....

2. Store bought bacon would have shrunk half its un-fried size due to higher fatty distribution but Vam's bacon didn't shrink too much and managed to retain a good size. I just fry in non stick pan and they came out nicely brown and most importantly...CRISPY!

I agree with you that the bacon don't shrink as much. I normally heat up some oil before frying Vam's bacon (actually don't need oil if frying on non-stick pan but I do add oil) to get it super crisp like O'Brien's Chicken Crisp and adds them to my sandwiches....really yummy!
