I think every studio should AT least have a decent drumset... the others... At least lah... VERY least... halfstack amps... Or if low budget then 60 watts+ lahh... If got at least a decent budget I would suggest you get this for one studio lah...


Tama Superstar... Can get for around 2.5k... VERy good for small spaces but EXTREMELY quality sound and comes with Remo drumheads..

EFFECTS. A lot of studios don't rent out effects...

Try getting at least the more common ones.. Like MT-2's, or TS9's.... distortion esp....

A sofa would be nice... With proper sound proofing and air-conditioning... Once I went to a studio in Ampang the guy downstairs asked us to keep quiet... CAUSE THERE WAS A HOLE IN THE FLOOR =_=' and it was HOOOOOT.
