the drums should at least have a double bass pedal and a good air ventilation system or air cond.
guitar wise, maybe a tube amp- half stack or a combo would be perfect.

one last thing,the staff should be friendly, warm and honest. when i mean honest, i mean they should not even have the notion of stealing a customer's misplaced handphone, like a particular studio in DU.
