yup.
but it does opens up when accelerating due to higher heat need to be removed from the radiators.
If u see a murci on a dyno, u can see the vents opens upon WOT & starts to goes down again when done.

Personally, the only Porsche that is exotic is CGT
The other models are only rare at best.
911, GT2, GT3 are supercars but they are not exotic enough.
In my mind, exotic is rarer than rare cars
