I have a problem with this (refer to image), sometimes when i accidentally move it sound could only be heard from one side and i would have to twist the connector until the sound returns on the both side. Any idea how to fix the problem?? Better still any idea if i could buy a new one? Btw its a Siberia V1 headset.
