Great ! The new Siberia v2 is up for grabs, read from the steelseries website that it offers both qualities from 'pro-gaming' to free and easy listening of music
Btw how much is the price of the Sv2 in moderno? This post has been edited by DuskBin.Rhapsodyx: Nov 25 2009, 03:40 PM |

Your using the ikari laser? it is a comfortable mouse indeed. why dont you try using the new Steelseries Xai. It is a laser based mouse and has a built in driver that can be adjusted to your preference. Ive been using a Steelseries Xai and never regretted buying it

I guess the best way to "repair" your faulty equipment is to send it back to manufacturers, they will most probably replace the faulty one with a new one if it still under warranty

QUOTE(Silverfire @ Mar 5 2010, 01:02 AM) Well, I have a SteelSeries Siberia Full-size USB Headset here and, honestly, it disappointed me thoroughly. The sound quality produced just couldn't justify its costy price tag. You cant be serious, it is one of the best gaming headsets for both leisure and competitive gaming, and i think the sound quality of the Siberia Full-size USB Headset surpasses many other brands. Maybe you would like to try to give it another shot at the Siberia V2? |

Actually, there are many numerous brands out there manufacturing high quality headsets with high end sound quality, it is really depending on your preference on which brand suits you the best. But for me i really feel that SteelSeries emphasizes on both performance and comfort, and heck it even looks really good on gamers/non gamers when they put on a SteelSeries product wouldn't you agree?

QUOTE(FidelisGVR @ Mar 7 2010, 02:43 PM) I dunno about u, but back in the days when i owned the 5H v2 usb, the cups were quite pressing on the side of my head. And i'm wearing specs, and the temple arms are 2mm thick.. So it gets quite uncomfortable behind the ears after long gaming hours. I've been using my SS 5hv2 since april of last year, and when i game i usually wear contact lenses and occasionally i do wear my glasses too but i do not find any discomfort when i wear my headset. But the 5H v2 is the only SS headset I've ever owned, so... |

QUOTE(FidelisGVR @ Mar 7 2010, 05:56 PM) 2 hrs onli... I meant long, as in uber-long gaming periods. My record was 12 hrs non-stop, playing FEAR-XP and FEAR Perseus Mandate back 2 back. Started 5pm, finish at 5 am. No offence dude.. but i think if you game 12 hours in a row wearing any headset, your neck and eyes would definitely hurt And the detailed sound produced by the 5H v2... After finished then i realized the back of my ear feels kinda funny. This post has been edited by DuskBin.Rhapsodyx: Mar 8 2010, 11:10 PM |

If your gonna be stating the fact that "the keys of the 7G turns blackish or the keys get yellowish/dirty" then that's just really nonsense, because.. come on any keyboard will turn dirty and will look 'used' after a certain period of time.
This is just the wear and tear of all of all items. So i wouldn't see that as a 'con', just my opinion. |

Personally i wouldn't see 6gv2 as a degrade of a 7G, although cheaper and functions not as great as 7G if compared. I think the 6gv2 is just a more simpler keyboard in comparison to its refined bigger brother 7G. Maybe its for the 'not so hardcore gamers' xp
