More than enough, I flick 1 time can cross the whole screen. Besides, my table is too small for anything bigger than normal QcK.

Using my high sens setting (1733 CPI), takes me less than 7cm. Not very accurate measure though since I left my Ikari Laser back at home.

QUOTE(masashi89 @ Mar 17 2010, 07:11 PM) hello fella lyn-ians...i want to ask about the difference between ikari laser and optical..what exactly is the difference??is it the performance really different?? Basically the main difference when you look at them is the coating. The optical has a clear coat which makes it smooth and shiny on the light grey areas and more sweat resistant. The laser version however is that it has a dark matt coating instead. The problem is that the logo will eventually wear off after a while. Then there is the CPI. Optical can only reach a maximum of 1600 CPI and the adjustments are fixed to 400, 800 and 1600. The laser on the other hand, has a range from 1 to 3200 CPI which can be changed by 1. To display this change, there is also a small LCD on the underside of the mouse. The Ikari Laser also allows for user specified macros and keysettings. The pricing between them is about RM100 different with the laser being more expensive. Performance wise, they feel kind of the same but it's mostly up to the user. I have both and I can't decide which is better. |

Ikari Optical's clear coat makes it feel smooth. The Laser is rubbery.

If you don't mind wearing a cap and having sore ears after a while, then by all means it's quite acceptable. But sound quality is no match for an AT.

QUOTE(PoPoBear @ Mar 19 2010, 06:27 PM) Hi guys , I think it's applied like lotion or balm to the glides of the mouse.I have a confusion here. May I know how does Steelseries Glide Dot works ? Is it consist of dot things and paste it in our glides ? QUOTE(H3LLKEEPER @ Mar 19 2010, 06:37 PM) If you're referring to the SS cord holder, Moderno still has 1 more left. Otherwise, an Apuri for a mouse bungee/USB hub is better value.QUOTE(SkYY @ Mar 19 2010, 06:58 PM) Not that I know of, Viewnet wouldn't let me open the boxes. Guess you have to wait til PC Fair? |

Red V2 has been out for some time. It would say V2 on the box, next to the Siberia wording.

Siberia V2 is more balanced in terms of gaming and entertainment performance compared to 5HV2.

Then Siberia V2 is a better choice here.

I don't think we can edit the application hot keys. I can edit the other keys but just not the app launch keys.
