Waited Period = around 2 weeks+- { 1st week I email to help@tm.net.my , they assign a TM installer to contact me with Handphone# }

Status = SUCCESS upgrade plus I get a free RIGER wireless modem delivered to me by the TM installer personnel at my doorstep 

#P/S = Saves my phone line rental (RM26+RM1.30) && I get a free modem && my speed = 1mbps @ RM 95 monthly now   && 2 years contract 

IMHO, they are going to introduce new packages and/or start a price war with P1 very soon...
this is what they always do after the "promotions"... This is how they test the market responds by lowering the price slightly as promotion... later on proceed with actual price reduction (usually even lower price thats why you need to sign the contact for 2 years for the promotion package to prevent you from escaping to other ISP as well as their new lower priced packages) for the packages .

hmm, technician just came to check my line
says cannot support 4mbps, even cannot support 2mbps, because
SNR: 12.0db (must be > 15db)
Attenuation: 45.5db (must be < 40d)
nothing i can do about it, unless telekom upgrades the lines here -__-

but funny leh, my line is already capped at 2mbps (1mbps package) and can download at about 180kB/s.
is there really nothing i can do? or just wait for hsbb...

who here having frequently disconnection?is it only me or neither?

Haiz tm broke their promise again.... Said 10AM come fix my line until now oso not yet come....

But the problem is 512 i get only 0.40-0.50Mb/s, How i posibble getting 1.1-1.3 at 1Mb upgrade??

Usually, the installer are not from TM .. they're TM's contractors .. and they didn't do their job well .. TM techie are very helpful ..

So damn bloody piss off with the installer, it has been one week since i called the installer and he always ffk the appointment...call him for about 8 times already and always never turn up. Call 100 to complain then they send over some tmnet guy that doesn't do the upgrade. I applied for the upgrade since 4th December and it has been nothing but issues for me. First they appointed the wrong installer (he's not in charged of my Shah Alam area), then this guy who doesn't turn up. He has been FFk-ing me everyday since Monday. Pls can anyone help me !!!
