Your line can go up to 4Mbps no problem .. currently set at 2Mbps with high SNR & low attenuation (which is excellent) .. what package are you on at the moment?

Like I've said before, if you can, try to "borrow" a friend's 1Mb account to test. I think you should get good speeds, maybe like those getting 1.1-1.3Mb. You can even try with a 2Mb account to compare results. If you upgrade, let us know the results after that.

Since you're connected at 2mbps but using a 512kbps account then you're stuck at 512kbps. But the good news is, once u upgrade to 1mbps, it's very possible that u get the full 2mbps instead. Same case happen to some of my frens who're now enjoying 2mbps speed but pays at 1mbps rate.

ur is RM77 ? but i thought its 512kbps ? how come is 1mbps ?

if u having standard pakej , speed of 512kbps , u  r not entitled to having upgrade to combo offer . its stated in their duno t & c or frequent ask question .

but if u r rm88 with speed of 1mbps , u  r entitled . but there are more procedur to it . standard migrate to combo rm 110 then upgrade super deal 2mbps 120 .

that if u r 1mbps .

i am confuse, i have paid RM88 and now with an upgrade i can even pay lower at RM71??
