my mips wrote application in process.. almost 1 week already still not yet upgrade for me.. aih..

need to call? what to tell them? still haven upgrade ah?

duno if call now they still working or not..

yup.. include the long weekend holidays.. 1 week lor..

i know 100 is 24 hours.. but the workers that suppose to upgrade the port.. duno isit 24 hours working or not..

called.. they say upgrade already.. i told them the speed still 512kb..

did routine check everything.. then say they cant upgrade cause port problem..

they should have check whether i have already get the speed i want before tell me upgraded already..

what if i am ignorant customer who didnt do any checking.. i ma blindly get cheated by them?

anyway they say send technician over next 2 working days..

want see mine?

the supposedely upgraded 1mb line..

mine.. they told me upgraded.. check still same if not worst than 512..


called them and they keep saying is my line keep dc.. thats why cant get the speed i required..

damn.. if i dc.. i will know about it.. damn you tmnuts..
