lol when did this become a phone line quality helpdesk.
i can't say for sure man. besides, the technicians use their own modems to test.
if you want to upgrade, do it now (since promotion ends 31st dec) and they will send over a technician to test your line.
not like you need to pay for that.

I stay at pandan perdana n tm told me no port, really disappointing. i think its very unfair for us who wish to but cant upgrade, I using 1m combo n yet now i m paying more than other. if i m not heavy downloader, long ago say bye bye to tm. well, mayb another few months when all china bt sites shut down, less sources then i will start kissing wireless..hehe

Not DIY type of works .. you need to call up a TM contractor to do this.. though if you're fancy and think that you won't get caught .. you could go an buy the cable from some hardware store (ask them for outdoor telecom cable... ) and do you own wiring .. for housing estates like mine where the pole is nowhere to be seen.. no other choice other than calling TM contractor.. |
