OK..it just got back from TMpoint...for my area they are fixing a CASS system (whatever that is), so there will be no upgrading/downloading in 2 weeks...
Well, at least they could call up and inform me, no need me to go there so many times. |

No need to upgrade one de... coz i am on RM110 1MB but my line has been capped at 2MB and I can get > 170kb/sec on some downloads....

Mine not showing an upgrade options also. Although already finish contract and more than 2 years. Went to TMPoint at Pandan Indah Cheras today. Freaking long queue. Any other TMPoint nearby Cheras?

Yey guys, if I upgrade from 384kbps COMBO RM60 ---> 1MBps COMBO RM95, can I got free WIFI modem? If yes, then if I apply online, then how can i get the free WIFI modem?

OK online upgrade options is back to normal now ^^ for those who wanna try online upgrade registration... I also dunno how to get the free modem if u pick those 2 & 4 mbps package if u do this via online.... Hope that someone can clarify on this

hmm...why there's is an upgrade of 4mbps in the https://mips.tm.net.my/SelfCare/ now??they don't need their technician to check or what so ever?

I just do the application yesterday upgrade from 512kb to 1mb and its done now.......for the time being satisfy with the speed

Upgraded via online successfully from 512 kbs to 1 mb , took 1 working day and satisfy with the current download speed as well =) around 190 kb .
