For those who upgraded from 1mb to 4mb under this super upgrade deal, do you charged for YURAN PENDAFTARAN STREAMYX on your 1st bill after upgrade?

My bill goes like this:

Yuran Langganan Streamyx = 138.40 (where that extra 8.40 coming from???)
YURAN PENDAFTARAN STREAMYX = 88.00

Total = 226.40

I didnt expect tmnet make it so fast, and 1 mbps came within 1 days++ after applied. I used it for fews days already, average 90++kbps. It is weird that, i checked from upgrade status from internet, it said "still being processed"...!!?

The weird thing is the speedtest of streamyx show that I already get 100% of upload speed that I should get (129 kbps, see the attached screen capture). But 512 kbps package should have a upload speed of 256 kbps, right? I just wondering is this promotion is for download speed not for upload speed, can anybody confirm this?

I believe all who upgrade from 384 to 512 have this problem. TM is cheating us. Have email,called and visited TM point to complaint and until now no change(almost 2 weeks already). Only get calls from them asking to check if speed is ok. Either I can't explain the problem correctly or they they don't understand the problem. I think when they see speed issue, they automatically assume its download speed. How can we get TM to resolve this?

Just to check, for those who upgraded from 512 to 1m or higher, does your upload speed get upgraded to the correct speed of your upgraded package as well?

this problem happen to me long time ago, i from 1mb user. consider Upstream 1024 and downstream 512 as i remember i check before, but 1day i check and my upstream reduce to 384 only. I call TM and the result yes, 1mb package only got 384 upload rate, maybe long time ago they not facing any bandwidth issue then yes u can get upload half then u download speed, but now day it different. Maybe if u in place/location not so busy or overload user then yes u can get 1mb package but ur download rate on 1.5mb, that lucky who get it, but if not u cant say anything as long as they give u line same as ur package.

if still not satisfied, u can complaint via SKMM and CFM about this issue and it help. I complaint via CFM about superdeal and now TM give me same price as upgrade user without upgrading. Try u luck there. thumbup.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

i upgraded to 1 mbps but my speed is still 513kbps. i called thm almost everyday since last week. and today they said they upgraded for me to 1.5mbps but i tested and the speed is still 512 kbps. All they said was they r trying to resolve this prob. wht should i do now?

What is your line capped at? Login to your router and identify the sync speed of the line. If its 1500 Mbps or more then tell them to send a technician to check your line.

Actually for 1M package, the upload is supposed to be 384K as it has been advertised before on their website. But it seems most 1M, 2M, 4M users get 512K upload speed now. 512K package gets 256K upload speed.

guys..ive been wondering. early tis mth i upgraded my streamyx from RM44 (512kbps for 60hrs) to RM71(1mb unlimited package). the problem is, when the bill arrive, they r charging me RM72.39 for streamyx subscription fee and another RM30.24 for Caj Laluan Streamyx...wat i dun understand here is why there is an additional RM30.24 on my bill as shouldn't the bill is flat for all RM71/1mb user? icon_question.gif

Maybe its some sort of pro-rate figures. Call 100 and enquire about your bill.

Might be the prorated charge as you might have upgraded the line during the middle of the month or something
