I really have to commend Benq and Anda Services for fixing my laptop, a 2.5 year old S41 which has succumbed to the common fate of  graphic card malfunction, in less than 1.5 weeks with no charges whatsoever Thank you, Benq! My laptop is working strong again to perform for 1-2 years.

Hye.. im sending in my S42 tomorrow at tropicana... my problem is that, after a long run using my lappy, the backlight suddenly gone. im sure its the backlight prob coz i still can see the image! very dark ofcoz.. after awhile, itll suddenly flicker~ and even tho i re boot it, it continues (not software/os probs)
its been two days it doesnt messed up badly, but it occur last nite, for few seconds (backlight gone) then.. it went ok.. so, im definitely sending it tomorrow for inspection under warranty! (ive juz bought it last 2 weeks for god sake...)
so, im wondering, forum by forum, is this benq s42 use inverter to power up the backlight LED?? coz as far as i concern, it doesnt use one..
so, if im sending it up for warranty, how long does it take for my kind of problem?? (backlight unit, screen is totally fine)
i hate waiting.. lotsa things i wanna do wit my lappy

my laptop crash again jz now when i was palying fifa 10... score one goal, then crash and jam there for few seconds.. after that jump to blue screen sayin some crash dump stuff =.=
