Hi, We're a newly wedd couple and currently staying in a condo at setapak area that we bought 3 years ago with 230K price tag. Currently the condo is value at 265K and our outstanding loan is 190K. We planning to have kids next year therefore there are plan to sell our current condo and move to a landed property. I need advice on:

1. Any area which is in the middle of KL n PJ because i work in PJ and my wife work in KLCC.
2. Any landed property that i can buy with the budget of 450K around that area.
3. Or should i continue to stay in current condo for few more years?

imo, i think you should stay at your condo 1st until u found a land.. if not mistaken, when your wife is pregnant, she cant move to new house.. so, u need to find new land and build new house asap before she pregnant..

LOL.. I think you must've misunderstood the term "landed property". TS have no intention to buy an empty land and built his dream house. TS merely wanted to find an already built landed house to settle down before planning for children.

How about Bandar Menjalara area? That township look tempting and the price is within my budget except it's quite old.

The area near 62C is guarded & gated. Think you should be able to get something in your budget. My opinion is, the place is quite good for living. Just that you'll need to factor in some budget for subsale homes.

Bukit Jalil was among my consideration. Any suggestion on which development that suit my budget?

Landed property in Setapak is not cheap. Have survey the price and all above my budget. Somemore the landed house is old and need extreme renovation.
