Pulai Springs Johor Bahru, Bad breakfast staff

went over to Pulai Springs JB last weekend. Was raining most of the time. Rooms were very cosy and the swimming pool was excellent for children and adults.
However, weekend break was marred by poor service during the breakfast buffet on the first morning of our stay. The chinese staff was rude and unhelpful when we asked for a baby chair. The breakfast buffet was packed because of a Rotary Conference but for a 5 star resort, such service should not be allowed at all!!! There was only ONE kind and helpful soul called Hafiz that morning. We should have commended him to his captain.  |
