Hello people,

I've just bought my first Sony A200 DSLR a few days ago. I guess I am now a member of the Orange Legion. (:

Is hoping to receive some good tips and tricks from this thread. I've just started and the camera is all a blur to me right now. I've just been playing around with it for a couple days already. Most of the pictures I've taken are blurred. I guess I am still not used to it. =/

lenses have different gearings. like the sal16-105 has short gearings. even with longer range, it's faster at focusing compare to shorter 18-70mm kit lens. slightly faster than 16-80mm zeiss.
sony 18-250 is faster focusing compare to its tamron 18-250 sibling

Do you mean SAL16105's focusing speed is faster than CZ1680 ?

long focal length is it require to be stand more far to the subject compare 50mm, then how it can have same size compare 50mm?

assuming we dont have constrain on the area to move around..i dont see y u cannot have the same size of the subject in the photo..nomatter 50mm or 200mm or 500mm..it is possible to get the same size..

i think you might be rclxub.gif with the price of the sigma and the sony.

with the amount of light gathering capability in that front element, of course its expected to deliver better results. or else why get a glass that is nearly more than double the weight of a normal 50mm (in terms of physical weight and price)?
