I have been experiencing slow internet for the past 2 nights, both thru DiGi BB as well as DiGi Turbo 3G.  (I do notice certain websites were more affected than others).

(I'm in George Town, btw)

At my wits' end, I remembered DiGi having a similar problem a couple of years ago when everyone couldn't get to specific sites like BBC.  So I tried the solution I found last time and used the OpenDNS.com DNS addresses:
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

Looks like the same temporary solution from last time still works. sweat.gif

Still, I need to yell at someone at 016-2993333 tomorrow.  mad.gif

I agree.  Yesterday the speed is very good.  This morning as well.  The connectivity so far today is very good with no complaints.  For DNS, what we can do is to put the secondary DNS as a different DNS like the OpenDNS.  I think it helps to a certain extend for name resolving issues.

Hi, can you provide more step on how to input the 2nd DNS (Like OpenDNS)?

Thanks...
