I'm using Digi Smart Plan for my BB and I always face problem of BIS disconnection. (3G sign still on but BIS sign goes off). With this, I'm not able to access to the internet at all.

I had called up the Helpdesk and they had advice me to restart the phone. Somehow it works sometimes and sometimes it goes other wise. I'm also worried that it might damage the phone as Ive done so many times of battery pulling. Wonder if it is my phone problem or isit Digi.
