Unless its a carrier locked or networked locked phone should be no issue.  I've heard Verizon sets are giving problems with DiGi Maxis AND Celcom.  I think best to avoid them at all costs.

huh ? then is that means the sprint set would be OK for digi smart plan or any of the carrier plan? then where can i gt the set that can work with digi??? please advise ...

i jt got to knw that, after u have signed up at digi smart plan u need to wait for 24 hrs to activate ur voice call & sms, been told that i only register this morning, but i went to register at SACC yesterday ... did plenty times of battery pull, sent the host routing table for "n" time still didnt work it out ... and finally they told me need to wait for another 24 hrs ... sound so ridiculous, isnt it cheating?
huh??? Digi ... dont let me down ... this is some sort of cheating d ... i'll wait for another 24 hrs, and see what can u say after that if i still didnt get my bb work ...

There is no BB department in CS smile.gif

It should be activated within 24 hours unless the person who signed you up screwed somewhere
*
what? the person who signed me up screwed somewhere? haha ... ok ok ... just wait until tomorrow morning and see hows the condition ... if still cant, then i'll screw the person who signed me up yesterday ... haha!!!

All customer services in Malaysia are like that. The customers have even more knowledge rather than them. When we had problems regarding BB, the first thing they will ask is, "Did you buy the device from us? If not we can't do anything." - eventhough it's not about the devic. WTF?
*
aha ... cant agree with u more ... dont rely on them lah ... but i still believe some of them are good ... not all of the cs are louzy ... depends on ur luck then ... if u knw more than them, just treat what they said are bullshxt lah .. ahha ...

just downloaded BB Desktop Manager yesterday, tried on the tethering. its just so easy to set up. few clicks in the descktop manager will do. however, there is a pop up window saying there will be a extra charge. dont bother the pop up message, and the speed is jt much faster than digi broadband, funny right? ahha ...
