Added on November 18, 2009, 11:39 pmAccording to the terms..58 is only for the blackberry service..any calls u make would be add on..1 min is 15 cents per call..so if you make 10 (at 1 minute each) calls it would be 58 + 1.50 = 59.50

Depends on how long you been with DIGI...read the terms and condition on the webpage...

Does anyone know if the bb service is EDGE only or 3G also? Anyone using Bold with the service??

Are you on contract then? Did you bring in your own blackberry? I asked customer service at pavillion they said no contract if you bring in your own berry..but if not there will be contract..and then some other chap told me...its contract no matter what...i'm a postpaid customer with less than 12 months..so I guess i prob will have to be on contract...this is reading thru the website...

It does..i also confirmed with customer service online..can bring own bberry and opt for the bberry plan with no contract...

Yea...i just chatted with online customer service and they activated 3g for my sim card...now I am at home with full 3G signal...much better than my Maxis 3g which i have spotty coverage at home...

Now I wonder if anyone knows we can tether the bberry with our laptop with no extra charges...is this truly unlimited or only unlimited with BIS on Bberry

I have yet to visit one of the outlets..do they sell just the 8520? Or do they have the 8900 also?? Kinda waiting for the Bold 2...don't know when it will be officially released...cheapest at this forum is 2.6K

yeah just wondering as I wanted the curve but since it doesn't have 3G i can't really use it for tethering....

So is everyone checking their unbilled charges online? I have charges on my OCS webpage showing lots of blackberry.net charges..and some Digi WAP...I am not using my Bberry for tethering...

I saw one of the posts here having the same issue...but he also has DIGINET which is tethering...

Just curious on the blackberry.net and DIGI WAP charges...don't want to go argue with customer service when the bill comes..

No need..best you go to a Digi service center...and let the guys do it for you. I did mine at Pavillion - they converted my plan to DIGI Smart Plan - no need to be a customer for a year

I have the RM58 plan also - considering to add RM10 for tethering but is it still available as an add on for this discontinued plan?
