Better call customer service and check them.

Hi, I've just signed up for the DIGI Smartplan and called up their CS. smile.gif

This is where I'm a bit confused:

1. CS Officer thru D'chat ask to change the APN setting to blackberry.net

2. Tech officer from Digi called to leave it blank. According to him, BIS will be working from the background.

So not sure which is correct.

But if you wish to watch youtube then need to change to digistream.

If wish to connect to your BB to PC as a modem then will need to set it as digi.net (This will be PAYU).

Am also looking for a good browser? Anyone has a good browser to recommend?

I've tried downloading the facebook app thru my 'ONYX' but was informed that it's not compatible with my BB. sad.gif Looks like will need to wait for their updated version.

U guys know what, I got call from DiGi today to change the APN name to digistrm. apparently I can watch youtube. It says error loading media. I tried XENOZU player, it prompt that the service provider had block the packet.

So... I called up DiGi helpline, they advice me change the APN name from "digistrm" to "digistrm.net"

Anybody encounter this before?

Does this mean we'll need to change to "digistrm.net" all the time whether we're watching youtube or not?

Or "digistrm" for BB and "digistrm.net" for youtubing? icon_question.gif
