so the best is EDGE..
but EDGE and edge is difrent..
when my BIS activated, it'll state EDGE
but when its edge it wont be able to access BIS

im still trying to figure out how to tehter using the 68 plan..
coz DM cant install on my win7 machine.. daym..

using bluetooth is another option but i would like to go with USB cable coz it functions as charger as well

im using BOLT browser.. can watch youtube ma..

doesnt really appeal that much.. speed is awesome bah here..

I haven't try using it in mu USB modem.but I don't think there's gonna be a speed difrent (BB as modem VS usb modem) since ur intending to use the same simcard

If u're using BB9700 then ofcourse you CAN tether..
But the real question is, will u b charged extra for it?
With SP(smart plan)68 it's included so no extra charge..
But with SP58 then u'll b charged extra, 10sen/10kb and it'll go to ur bill..
U'll b surprised on how much u'll b charged..
A better way is to add RM10 to make it to SP68 and u can tehter as long as u don't exceed the 3gb limit..

Apparently Desktop Manager didn't have any setting to connect to my BB as modem

After 3 days of wandering around the net, no results found..

I updated my BBOS and then DM can detect my BB abd tether is on the way!

so for SaverRaverBerry RM2/day plan.. its 100mb WITHOUT TETHERING AND STREAMING lah kan? okay then.. once streamed then RM5 is charged..

yup my usage per month doesnt exceed 300mb..
daily only 7-8mb (using browser, facebook and twitter.. occasional download)

but now im hooking myself to youtube..
daily can reach 50mb *hahaha*
so when im bored just took out my BB and youtube anything.. i mean ANYTHING.. and most probably it's there on u-tube!
