Hi im using Storm 9500 and activated Digi Blackberry Lite since i was an existing DG50 customer, but till today i cant use any blackberry services. Is there any settings i need to modify?

No i was on internet unlimited which is 58 per month with no blackberry services included. It says edge all small letters. I call up CS they dont even know how to help me those ladies, they said they'll get a team to call me back.

Ok i got a call for the network department, they say they have all my settings on their side like PIN and IMEI number that means somehow i have been connected to blackberry server and sent that info. But why cant i get the big EDGE they also have no explanation. Anyone here can help?

A Digi technician contacted me, i did a wipe through the phone security options, he said he will configure my settings in an hour, hope it works. Or else he said i might have to downgrade, since im using 5.0.0.328.

Ok so can anyone please tell me if they are using BIS and getting EDGE on digi with version 5.0 and higher. Because it seems they said my version is "too upgraded" and its not compatbile, so i have to downgrade to 4.0 versions.
Version 5 rox and soooo smooth and i dont want to downgrade back to 4 and enjoy sucky lagging. Help me please, cure my nightmare by telling me ur using it on a version 5 firmware so i can know its the simcard and not the version. |

Ok now my only problem is that i cant receive service books that digi sends me. My activation etc is all activated. I am getting 3G too.
Anyone would be able to send me their digi service books? Im sure my blackberry service will then work. |

Is anyone experiencing digi blackberry service interuption since last night? I cant recieve email etc and no BB logo beside my 3G
