Is it true that we are not suppose to download applications/themes from our bb with smart plan? I went to digi centre today, because when i first activated the plan, the cs did not remind me about the 24 hrs activation, i use it the same day at night when i found out i am able to surf the net (couldnt before that), but only found out later that i was being charged rm60+. They say i shouldnt have use it within 24 hrs even it was activated, but the cs told me i am able to use within 24hrs once it is activated. I ask them to waived it for me, but they say only the those shown as blackberry.net , not those with diginet, i told them i did not change anything so why would it be diginet all of a sudden? then he said it is because i downloaded something when i am not suppose to, as the plan only let us use msn, facebook and other "social activities"! but the strange thing is, i download alot of applications and themes, why only that day being charged? And in the end, they ask me to pay the whole thing, including those blackberry.net! Anyone experienced it before? they said i could post a complaint, but it might take very long to process, and ended my service being cancelled if i do not pay the bill!

I believe so, it is pretty stupid to say it is "unlimited" if there are so many limitation, and their excuses are funny, they say because i downloaded things like applications or themes thats y i am being charged, but i do that not only the first day, i do that almost everyday, why am i only being charged for the first day? Then they tell me the 24hrs activation thing, and kinda threaten me by saying my line might be cut if i raised a report and they unable to give me a result before next bill. I was like, it takes so long to look at a complaint? Then he asked me to think about it again, i came home and searched around, i found that they usually give you deduction on the next bill. So i am definately going to stand my point and make them pay themselves the whole gprs thing, doesnt care if it is blackberry.net or diginet items...

Added on March 9, 2010, 11:57 pmjust chat with digi chat, the cs will pass on the report to the billing department and they would contact soon, also have confirmed that digistrm as APN is free, and can leave as it is for as long as you want without being charged a single cent!
