hey there.

wanna ask a question.
if my bis is not connected yet (it appear edge) than i surf the internet will i be charged?
cause sometimes when u restart ur phone it take sometimes to appear to EDGE.

today my frend went to digi center to subscribe tis package.
the front-line worker tell him tat he needed to add additional rm10 for the bis service.
therefore he say he needed to pay rm78.
is tis really true?
