i think DIGI is having problems with its internet/BIS services for the past week....

it's so hard for me to get 3G signal whereby it was not hard previously...

can someone clarify this?

guys, i m digi internet unlimited user, but for the past 4 month.. i x get charged rm68 for the internet only charged me rm10 which is for bis.

so right now my monthly bill only around rm 40 - rm60, instead of rm90 - rm 110 4 month ago...

wad should i do?

i know i still under internet unlimited, looking at the speed and i able to download and youtubing

Hey guys I rely on the phone internet very much and these 2 days I could not get 3G where my home supposed to have the coverage, (used to have 3G in my home) now its all edge and I can only get 3G outside, any idea can solve this? To enhance the connection..

u must hav rm10 kredit which will be waived into ur bill to convert into pospaid.. choose between lite rm38 or unlimited 3gb 68

the cap on the BES and BIS is pretty much a turn off. The price for a BES+ voice though is acceptable.

Hello guys, i just activated my BIS. They told me I would need about 24hours for it to be fully activated. how do I check if it's already on?

And is there any settings for the BB I need to take care of so that I don't get extra charges? (I read from some threads)
