I think recently line prob are happened to user who are in KL and PJ only...

We have to accept the advantage and disadvantage from different Telco... Some cheaper in this way but some are more expensive in other terms...

If you use so less then better downgrade.. Yes it does include tethering, just avoid streaming then everything should be fine...

Depends where you using it most of the time.. Recently during night time DiGi have 3G BIS connection problem... Other than that everything is good...
