My 1st floor got the whole ceiling already old & saggy,
Should i Refurnish, Repair or Replace ?
The whole area is about 1500-1200sqf. Is it costly ?

UAC board, 3mm, 2'x4', 4'x4', timber beading to cover the joint/ gaps.
ceiling saggy might due to the roof trusses sag or bad workmanship, better check it asap before it collapse. re-do the ceiling with fibre plaster ceiling lar, cheap only rm 2.50+/ ft2 |
