is it a one time thingy? RM600?
after apply does it need continues maintance for example using their washing shampoo?
cause i stay in a condo, so usually i send the car to car wash outside.

Hi guys/gals,

when i went to yuubi building to install my yuubi lock (near Rawang Tesco), the shop owner introduce me to a steering lock + air bag protector. It looks like any other steering lock except it has a metal plate to cover the steering in order to deter the theft of airbag (i heard it is around rm 2XXX for airbag replacement).

Anyways, the method of using it is to turn your steering wheel at a 3 o'clock position. The locking mechanism will lock at the side of the steering wheel which is thicker compared to the top one..
Question is, my dad always tell me to align the steering wheel when i parked. But now the steering lock requires me to align the steering wheel into a 3'o clock position. Will this harm the car? (alignment?)

Well, you wont feel it for older version city...prefer my brother's city than my NHC on this issue

got a new set of rims     18" n wrapped in 215/35/r18  

i dont know how to tell if it sluggish or not coz i change the rims the 2nd day i got the car     so far its ok but i think i pick quite bad tires as it a lil bit noisy....cornering quite good...it never hit the body whut so ever although entering tight corner at 120kph....

agree. don't bother with trade in value and all that la. just use what u have now till takde bunga then change to a better set of tyres

Like my case (2 mth ago), my SA asked me settle all downpayment and said my car will arrieved on 20th Jan but no. thn he delayed me 1 week. 1 week i already cannot tahan, thn lodged a complaint to Honda Malaysia and called his Manager...He kena...   Really, some Honda SA really useless.    My freebies until nw he havent gv me ler. Hey guys, need your advise and help here.

I just got my City 2 weeks back and yesterday when decided to wash the car, I realised that my driver's side car mat is soaked with wet. And when I took out the mat, I realised that the floorboard is wet as well. Literally soaked. What do you think is the issue here? I'm heading to check with the service centre later but I was thinking maybe any of you guys could help out first. Well for sure, I didn't misplaced any water bottle and the water leaked. So, it is strange with just my driver side being affected. Any idea anyone?

Hello peeps, quick question for survey..wanna ask which type of engine oil u use? Full, semi synthetic or mineral oil for your engine?

Am currently using their mineral oil but tot of switching to full synt.

damn sad. my car kena hit by some one and ran away when i parked some where at a car park area to da pao my dinner just now. my right tail lamp was broken, my bumper kena scratched and a bit broken too. My right rear body has kemek a bit too and everything seriously scratched... erghhhhhhhhh.......
I am thinking to claim insurance for this since my NCB is just 25%. Please, anyone can recommend me where to fix this with superb good skill in Klang valley? or I should bring back to Honda SC to fix this for me? This is my first car and I have not much knowledge on this. Please guide me. Thanks 1st.

the door visor also quite worth it rite? to reduce the wind sounds...

is ur honda city quiet while u are inside the car? can hear the wind sound if got says motorbike passed by ur car???

door visor is to reduce wind sound le, the boot tray is to protect the boot le...........

ic.....i am staying in jb, no 3M service centre to install the tint, but i will order from 3M directly they will send ppl down to jb for installation.

malaysia car stolen case so many? u really dun scare ah?? haha becos i know thief they like to steal car with NOTHING AT ALL....meaning not even a physical security lock (even cheapo one).......

insurance can cover la at most 90% of ur loss, but still got other loss in terms of time, ur personal belongings etc le....haha

i am going to install some local security lock + connex satellite tracking system then i think perfect liao 

of course not 100% secured, but at least feel safer....

ic, seems like a lot of ppl like 3M tint also. So how is ur experience with 3M tint? really can effectively reduce heat or not???

comparing to vkool, which one is better???

Ya...I quite worried with this kind of thing also.....just now just talk bout it with the SA but he didn't know anything about it.....Gonna book it on next 2 weeks and need to wait 4 month    

So my concern is will my car also get this kind of rusty issue??

I noticed some rusty nuts and probably few arms in my NHC as well..

Anyway, being rusty is no big deal.
My good old wira battery retainer, the one which locks the battery in place, has been rusty since year 2000 and now it's already 2010 and the rust has not cause the piece of metal to break into 2 yet.
And it is so much thinner than the suspension arm in the NHC.

Since I'm not going to drive the NHC for as long as the Wira.. Lets hope it won't be break off until I sell off the car.

exactly, if the car was lost, u only get back rm81k at MOST.... at least rm9k + personal belonging, accessories are lost as well. that's why i want to install the connex satellite tracking, at least feel safer, even car really lost and cannot recover, can claim up to rm10k from them + additional rm5k for bill incurred due to the lost...

well, it costs SGD200 here. it's just a piece of rubber/plastic to protect water spills or when carrying some wet stuff or stuff that can make the boot wet (iced meat, groceries). Took me 10mins to trace and cut it out with a knife, 10mins, save SGD200, why not

Recently a friend of mine told me it's better to start from D3-D.
And I've been applying this in my daily drive.
I realize it's faster from 0-60km/h.

But whenever i'm at the traffic light, I need to drop from N-D-D3. I wonder if I keep doing this, the gearbox will ''kong'' quickly? One of my friend been doing on his FD2 for a few years and nothing happen so far. Need advice asap. TQ!~

I even heard a saying that if you just use ''D'', the wear and tear on that part will be the greatest and things like that.
Anyone accelerate their car initial from D3-D as well?

Hi guys, just got my city last few weeks. anyways, i have a weird situation where at the driver door, the small gap between the door and the car body, when i open the door it's scratching against the car body... until paint also came off. my dad brought it to the service center and ask them y is it like that then they guy said after driving a while with the bumpy roads, the door position shifted causing it to be like this.
i was like "har??! wat??" then the more i drive later the wheels also drop out lo?
even after they repaired that, they slightly shifted the front part of the car (signal light part) then the joint at the windscreen out of place edi
can anyone advise me on what to do now? i'll take pics so u guys can understand better wat i described
