I juz has a look at my GB code. it KF5M422V7B1 then follow by DY7623. 2 rows.
so its a mivec GB? how to tell the gear ratio? u can read ur waja cps GB number in between the right engine mounting and the engine block. its very obvious. if stand at the right headlamp, u can peek at it. |

whats the satria neo gearbox codes? actually, bigger number for the FD is better for top speed only? as i understand, smaller FD number is meant for faster sprints...

QUOTE(sphiroth @ Nov 19 2009, 09:48 PM) after claying, u should do some minor polishing. this will have better effect to smoothen the rough surface and give it a natural shine. then only add sealant layer. and wax as final. |

Thienwu, nice rims.... i wish to have one too but no money now...
Eujinee, EBD we all cps waja got it. electronic brake distribution smth like tat. dunno wat it stands for. its used to stabilize the car if one of the wheels go spinning out of control ie when accelerating from start. u can see the yellow 'skidding' icon on the ur meter panel on right side *beside the blue engine cold icon. Rydeck, my car also tompok coklat/putih + twilight blue background... hahaha.. have to wash it this afternoon IF the weather permits. |

QUOTE(ahpaul82 @ Nov 21 2009, 11:35 AM) Our cars got Traction Control meh?? yep. we got traction control.. hahaha... not really but i think similar lo...You mean this light? ![]() I thought Traction Control only come with expensive car... if u try sprinting while cornering especially when ur tyres are wet.. ur tyres will not spin out of control with the yellow icon (might be EBD or TC working). it works to slow down your gas so that your tyres will gain enough traction and not spinning out of control (too bad no chance to drift) |

QUOTE(sphiroth @ Nov 21 2009, 03:23 PM) No TC in our car and TC is not the same with EBD. TC controls the throttle while EBD controls the brake. I always got whellspin when going out of junction and no icon is lit. Time for LSD upgrade. oh... i dunno about it.. haha.. i thought it was the same thing.. anyway, thnx for clarifying.Added on November 21, 2009, 7:36 pmAnyone knew/done modding the side mirror to fold automatically when we arm the alarm system? i don't think you wan to mod it. even add relay also u can only fold it automatically. u will then need to unfold it manually. i asked the shop before. need to add a controller to our alarm system to control. btw, i dun think its good coz ur folding motor is going to burn much much faster.. hehe |

yep agree with u guys statement... good also proton keeps the cps to the top end market. who knows.. the persona SE might get the CPS for the price of basic waja in future..
ahpaul : no need la.. i think we can visit drexchan page later when the topic starts to cool off.. hehe.. |

juz driven my company persona 1.6A IAFM. got hissing sound like lorry's air filter sucking in air... haha...
power wise still acceptable quite good for auto i should say. more grunt compared to wira's 1.5A. i tested until 170kmh and still stable with a bit of wiggles due to tyres not balanced. i love the handling. wish my waja can handle as good with the springs a bit hard than now. sigh... btw, i really trash the car.. 100kmh rpm at 2.8k, 110kmh rpm at 3.0k. i think quite fuel saving. done 450kms on RM66 (about 36.7liters). mind you its not yet 1st service... hehe... |

QUOTE(singchaii @ Nov 23 2009, 10:32 PM) You can. Behind suspension of persona all swap into your waja. You can see the different. My waja cps rear all using persona rear suspension like rear arm, dog bone, link. Persona rear suspension all so solid and thick.. Then, find satria GTi rear stabilizer bar and put into waja. You really can feel the handling improve greatly. |
