What wheel caps?

err. eujinne. i already got d voltage stabiliser. but now i adding d spark earth.. only got one point grounding cable
and the manual ask to put it at the engine. but our engine have o-rings. so i wonder if can put at gearbox. lol

sustec ar.....if u dun mind the bumpy-ness...i had a fren in penang...fuiyo..can almost feel every bump on the road wen lowered...if budget try get GAB....

this is akibat wen u dun wash ur car...mobile grafiti...

i think we need 1 section which all bizarre problems tht happen can be as a reference to others members..any members face weird problem can post here wif the solution..example

when buying fuel, i put the nozzle to the inlet, lock it and then let go
it pump for a while and stop
i try again, it pump for a while then it stop
i try another time and ... still the same

then i try to adjust the position of the nozzle...
ok... it run ....

then after a while... meter showing 18.xx litre of fuel and it stop pumping
i thought it;s full then I put back the nozzle and cao...

after i start engine and notice that the fuel gauge doesn't shows full...
wtx... why pump fuel so susah one eh....

how to solve this?

Gen2 have that issue since campro.. Many owner complain hard to get full tank.. It will kick back although it is not full yet.. U just need to manually fill it, but don't over fill..
I think gen2 tank is 40L   ahpaul82, please make sure of this...  

Maybe you should scan the entire book for our reference.   

But the most I've been able to fill in is 52 litres. Didn't dare to drive any further.

I once drive my gen2 until no more fuel...need to call my friend to refuel. Pour in RM3 fuel and drive to the nearest petrol station and able to pour in 44 litter max    how to get until 50 litter also dunno....maybe masuk angin as my friend said.

I drove around 90km kilometer after the empty tank light on when my car fuel is empty.

Below or above optimum speed may coz pembakaran tak lengkap = high fuel consumption. I think waja cps optimum speed is 90km/hr 

i dont think gen2/persona fuel tank is 50liters...max i able to fill in is 37liters++ after i rev and speeding when the warning light on....

How many member here using iridium plug for cps? Can give me know the brand and model (IK20 or etc.)

I understand your problem cause i get this often too. It seems the position of gen2 fuel hole???  is making the fuel kick back to the fuel nozzle before the tank is full. Very frustrating. Strangely the experience is not the same each time refuelling. Some fuel nozzle fares better and some just keep kicking back no matter how you try positioning the nozzle.

ahaha...paul...mine u can easily DIY 1...just tap permanent 12 V frm ur fuse box add a switch....wiring...cable tie it ..wahlah...done...oh ya...LED strip...depends how long u1...12cm la is nice...

Which aftermarket HU? BTW, the winged side mirror with indicator are already available for RM600.

Don;t we always pump the fuel manually?

His definition of 'manual' is the same with yours 'picit-picit'.

But previously, waja & gen2 cps test car also use a non-intergrated HU

Install this, then our car will have 4 signal indicator at one side..much safer. other people can see more clearly

CPS test car has D-Din touch screen HU (can see from spyshot). So, maybe not.

actually there already have a device for using buttons steering wheel although we change the HU. If want easier, just buy eclipse HU which already can support the steering wheel button.

the whole point of having an accident is to get your car body damaged regardless of any strut bar installed...

haha.. then you can just buy the device for Rm200++
Ultra racing worth to try with. it improve my saga lmst handling which I equipped front,fender and rear. While i just use 3pt strut bar in my waja..
If minor accident, it wont. If serious accident, it will.. I hate those campro car installing strut bar. Trouble me when I going to remove the air filter during servicing. 

that's the reason i never install strut bar, if necessary increase the diameter of anti roll bar will be good enough.
