wanna ask, wat is d diffrent between mortgager at here wit bank and also mortageger from outsource company?

i saw some mortgager hav connection wit few other banks.

so, issit better to get loan from them or i go direct to bank?

if u noe which bank you have picked, then go direct to the bank, otherwise, mortgage broker would be better.....they help you apply few...

bank will give them commision lo

they onli receive commission from the bank when the loan is approved....u dun pay them at all....i think
