The TT is there to meet people of the same interests. It's as simple as that.

Unfortunately non of us have the space to host 30 pax, and it does not seem like there's any quiet community space we can use either.

I doubt anyone would have the focus to really hear out things due to external noise, so it's NOT that important. People would spend most of the time talking, chatting than listening anyway.
