Dear all,
I need the information to help me settle my problem, i want to purchase (old or New) (min 4 bedrooms)house in Selangor(if can in PJ), but problem is i no have more money to paid my downpayment. i only can paid the max downpayment <15k. my looking for the house price is RM150k - RM400K. Can i know , where can i apply full house loan or low then 15k downpayment.

150K - 400K is really a huge gap/difference! have you considered your move in cost since you can only afford 15K as downpayment?

afaik, usually banks didnt give free moving cost for old houses, but for newer development house u can get it based on developer and banks arrangement, better u search first, i know cos i bought an old house (remaining house not yet sold...) and i had to pay both lawyer fee etc etc.....

was refering to the move in cost as one can be expecting to move into a new house empty.

U can try to ask the bank's valuater to try to 'up' the value of the propert to +10% of the actual house price. But this is also up to the owner to go with u.
